Fostering entails:               

Providing a Safe Environment:

• A dedicated room or area for the cat/kitten(s) is essential, preferably separate from other pets to allow for acclimation and prevent the spread of illness. 

Offering basic care:

• This includes feeding, providing fresh water, cleaning the litter box, and ensuring the cat/kitten is kept clean and comfortable. 

Socialization and play:

• Cats/kitten(s) need socialization and playtime to develop into well-adjusted adoptable pets. This can involve supervised interaction with people and potentially other animals. 

Medical care:

• If necessary, foster parents may need to administer medication, monitor the pets health, and transport them to the vet for checkups and treatments.
